The Bear Lake-Onekama girls won the cross country regional title this morning at Benzie Central High School scoring 61 points besting Grand Traverse Academy with 69 points and Buckley 77points. Callie Sinke was Regional Champ followed by Addy Zeller in 5th and Melodie Hulinek in 8th place - all earning all-region honors. They have punched their ticket to the State Finals in Brooklyn MI as a team on November 2.
Mason Sinke was the lone qualifier to MIS next Saturday from the boys team finishing 4th place earning All-Region honors. Congratulations, XC team!!
The varsity football team capped off the regular season with an impressive 30-12 victory over Breckenridge!

Onekama's cheerleading program is putting on an ice cream fundraiser before and after tomorrow's varsity football game! The fundraiser will take place before the boys host Suttons Bay at Sweet Vibes between 10-2 and 3-5; proceeds will go towards uniforms, cheer camp, and cheer equipment.
