That concludes a perfect regular season. For the first time in Onekama football history, the Portagers are 9-0!
JV and Varsity Volleyball Sweep Evart!
Both the JV and Varsity volleyball teams traveled to Evart and came home with victories, each winning in straight sets.
Varsity set the tone early with a strong 25–13 win in the first set, battled through a close 25–23 second set, and closed out the match decisively with a 25–13 victory in the third.

The JV and Varsity girls' volleyball teams played tonight in a tri-match against White Cloud and Shelby, hosted at Shelby.



The Portagers extended their winning streak with a dominant 66–6 victory over the Baldwin Panthers.

Onekama Elementary's Run Club hosted an exciting and colorful fun run event.



Sixth and seventh grade students took part in a service-oriented field trip to Northpointe Park earlier this week to support the Onekama Township Parks and Rec with trail maintenance. Thank you and way to go!!








The Portagers cross country team traveled to Benzie to compete in the Northwest Conference meet.




Second grade students grew their own mushrooms, cooked and sampled them in class during a science unit. Yum!
They also ventured to Spirit of the Woods for a field trip during the unit to collect and identify wild mushrooms!

Students in Art class are excited to learn about different methods for working with clay!


The girls' varsity volleyball team traveled to Midland Dow High School for their invitational tournament, where they topped Reed City and Saginaw Nouvel to claim 1st place in the Silver Bracket.
