Mrs. Lyman's third grade students posed at recess for an all-class photo early this school year.

The third grade class recently participated in buddy reading with the fifth graders, and paid a visit to the book vending machine outside our school library.

3rd graders took a field trip to the Arcadia Historical Society Museum last week. Highlights included information about the first woman in flight, Harriet Quimby who was born in Arcadia, the old railroad system, and the history of music and farming.

Early this school year, Mrs. Lyman's third graders were asked to use nine coins to make an amount more than $1, but less than $2.
