Saturday, September 21st, 2024, Onekama Portagers played the Mesick Bulldogs on the road. Onekama shut out the Bulldogs, 38-0.
KEY STATS:
Offense — Onekama had no issues on offense. Junior quarterback Luke Bradford threw for 125 passing yards, most of those going to Nathaniel Barnett receiving 81 yards through the air in a single play.

- Jacob Brown: 1-3, 34 passing yards
- Nathaniel Barnett: 1-1, 30 passing yards; 1 reception, 81 receiving yards, 1 TD
- Hunter Neisen: 2 receptions, 64 yards
- Tyler Hart: 4 rushes, 6 yards, 1 TD; 2 receptions, 44 receiving yards
- Camden Ickes: 5 rushes, 19 yards, 1 TD
Defense — The Portager defense was locked in for the entire game, allowing zero points on the day.

UP NEXT: The Portagers will host 1-3 Bear Lake this Saturday, September 28, in Onekama's Homecoming game. Bear Lake lost their game to Marion last week lost to, 46-7. The game will kick off at 1 PM.
