The new members were inducted during a banquet that was held Thursday night. Emma Putney, Jon Acton, Braden Hagen, Alyssan Clarke, Hailey Kott, Tawny Kott, Taylor Mallison and Caitlin Zielinski were all welcomed in during the ceremony, which occurred after a dinner of salad, lasagna, and cheesecake served by teachers.

As new members came in, a final farewell was said to seniors Brittany Trombley, Kaitlin Kubiskey, Emily Hippensteel, and Natasha Heart. The seniors received their tassels as well as their NHS stoles for their graduation gowns.

During the ceremony, the officers from the past year stepped down and new officers were welcomed. Louise Barnard will be serving as President, Kayla Feil as Vice President, Alyssan Clarke as Treasurer, and Caitlin Zielinski as Secretary.

Onekama School congratulates these students on their academic accomplishments and service to their school.
