Come out and support the Varsity Football Team this Friday when we play Traverse City St. Francis!  We’re trying to get a spectator bus for 7-12 graders to go up with the team on Friday night.  Please sign up in the Student Services Office.  We will need a minimum number of students to take a bus.  No transportation cost to students.  Tickets will be available at the gate only for $5.00 per person.  Please have the correct amount to pay - $5 bill or five $1 bills.

The parent meeting for Middle School Swim/Dive Team is scheduled for Monday November 3rd at 6pm in the Paine Aquatic Center Commons.  Practices will be Monday thru Friday 3:30pm-4:30pm starting Monday November 10th and run thru the end of January.  MMS, MCC, Onekama & Trinity Lutheran boys and girls grades 6-8 are encouraged to be a part of the team.


All 6th, 7th and 8th graders - Bear Lake School is hosting a “BASH” on November 1st at the school 7:00-10:00 p.m.  Cost is $6/person or 2/$10.00.  Free snacks, DJ music and dancing, ping-pong, bean bag toss and crazy picture station.  


Bear Lake Lions Club is hosting a Halloween party on November 1st 8:00 -11:00 p.m.  Cost is $3/person or $5/couple.


Support PROM BOUTIQUE by returning your borrowed Homecoming dress or by donating a gently used dress to your high school office.

10th Grade students:


ASM Tech applications will be available to pickup from Mr. McKenney beginning on Monday.  You can get them from his office.  Also there will be a ASM Tech Early College Student/ Parent informational meeting for any 10th grade student  or parent on Monday, November 3rd at 7:oo p.m. at the Manistee Intermediate Office in Parkdale.


Next week is Michigan College Week. Onekama Schools along with 100's of other districts in the State will be working with our Senior Class on college preparation. Lets support the Class of 2015.


Seniors & Juniors:  The following colleges and universities will be visiting our campus.  Sign up at Mr. McKenney's Office.

Registration is now open for the spring season of Manistee Soccer club (for kids whose birth date falls between 07/31/2004—8/01/1995)! All necessary forms are available online or in the MRA office. Team enrollment closes at 18 players so plan to register long before the February 13th deadline.


CETUSA Foreign Exchange Program is looking for host families for 2nd semester and the 2015-16 school year! If you can spend time with a teen over some dinners, help them build a better English vocabulary, introduce them to friends and family, then you may have what it takes to be a host parent for an international student!  To learn more about hosting and giving the gift of a lifetime to your family,
